bad attitude

I went to std bank at crossing mall soshanguve. I was paying sars vat and they didn't have sars deposit slips. I then went to the tellers and they told me to use the normal slips. Normally when paying sars it doesn't give an option to complete account number you just tick what you paying whether is vat or returns. Giving the teller the deposit slip and the money the way she spoke to me it was so rude requesting the account number from me. First of all I will assume that their system should have sars details and secondly she as the teller supposed to know that when a client is paying sars they don't need to complete account number only ref no, date and amount. What made me furious is her attitude as it didn't show client centricity because instead she was telling me she can't help me until someone came as I was now asking for the manager. The so called manager did not show up instead I was assisted by another service consultant.
