Bad Attitude

I have been coming to Standard Bank weekly to transact but the gentlemen that assist is so rude. He goes on as if he is doing me a favour by doing his job. If he is not happy clients should not suffer because we are there so service. And I would not kill him to try and smile. U queue then someone comes and says no they were there earlier. U left therefore u forefiet your space
