Bad Attitude

Hi, i dont apperciate the fact that i am being threatened... the person have no decent way of speaking to me... i explained that i dont have money by the 28th, but no1 wants to listen to me.... i was so upset that i wsore to the lady on the phone, i never meant it but she didnt want hear my side of the story...... I am the only one working in my house. And its very hard and im trying to pay what i can ...
