Bad attitude

I have never received such attitude from a service provider. I called Standard Bank Funeral policy department to make amends on my policy and I spoke to a lady by the name of Mathapelo who gave me so much attitude as if she was doing me a favour. We pay premiums with our own money only for them to treat us like **** nxn. I'm even cancelling policy
