Bad and useless service given

Standard Bank Eldoradopark is useless they must be running ****a shop or a fish and chips shops in Eldoradopark with clueless people that don’t know what to do.Lindelwa promised to call me she never kept her promise.Client are never kept in the loop as promised,they look at us as *****sters instead of following process .It is Bureaucracy cause it is just a complicated processes. It was for a deceased Spouse ,they don’t know what to do .
