Bad and poor service.....consultants not available Deceased Estate is handled poorly with inaccurate information

I've been writing reviews to this stubborn company called standard bank ,several times without responses,several emails without responses.i was given different statement with different amount,I tried to enquire no consultant is willing to assist I think this companies needs to be corrected because when they looking for customers they all kind but when coming to service delivery not available they don't even care.thank you so much standard bank for the poor service ever rendered to me after the loss of my husband. Home loan and vehicle finance poor service ever.now I am only asking one favour if I can have my car papers because I've send proof of settlement after several attempt of enquiry about the amount I've realized no one is willing to attend to it ...can I have my papers because I have settle the vehicle. If I was ****** please take that money and feed your siblings
