Bad advise and lack of assistance result in penalty and additional fees

I needed to do a transfer of funds from a Isle of Man account to my standardback shyft account. The was an issue with the payment and contacted shyft I followed their advise which resulted in penalty charges and double charges cause I need to do another transfer.
