bad account management and account information leak

tell me one good reason why should not sue standard bank for leak of information relating, false information relating to my bond-- my previous partner that i was with on the bond can still and access my bond information - told it was a substitution but then it was a further loan on the account i need a refund of all my transfer fees and attorny fees amounting over 100k please help me anyone now my previous partner still has access to my account
