B U L L S H I T SECURITY QUESTIONS
All I want was my F K N VAF acct number so I can make extra payments. Call their call centre and I have to go thru a security check which they ask me about policies that I took out bet 15 and 20 years ago...WFT! I obv failed so i aske dto spk to a supervisor. The lady put me on hold and Im on hold now for over 15 freakn minutes so I cut the call!!!!!!
W T F is wrong with this **** bank???!
