Ayanda Chiliza, Mdunge...Siyabonga kuwena and your Team at Standard bank (Tongaat, neNdwedwe). I had written a complaint last week about my brother (Thabani Dlamini) not being assisted regarding openning a new bank account due to his disability - Your respond was swift and precise, more importantly, the issue has been resolved (hope that you can put measures in place to fix it permanently so that other customers do not experience the same
Excellent Job, Go get that customer service award!!
