Awsome service with a smile goes a long way

I was very impressed with the level of service received from Tasniem Simons, she is an asset in the branch. I went there with my little brother to open up an access account she lead us effectiently through the process. The lady has a wound on her leg limping around the bank , you can see she is in pain but that didnt stop her from putting a smile on her face. My brother and i couldnt stop talking about her after leaving the bank. Well done Mrs Simons , keep up the good work :-)
