Awful treatment from Standard Bank employees and complaints department.

Good day I'd suggest that you think twice about joining Standard bank. I was chosen to participate in a promotion last year November. My mom told me about a youth pastor (who turned out to be a standard bank employee working for the ***** department)that was willing to help me with this promotion. Instead he spread rumours about me doing ***** and ******** people. He did it where I live and confronted me after the promotion was about to end and I'm not sure if standard bank employees are allowed to do that.. And beware that if you complain standard bank hardly does anything about your complaints. Awful service and how employees treat customers.
