Awful just awful

So the complaint a logged on hellopeter on the 29th also went unadressed. Still waiting for std bank to assist. The d/o that I tried with all my might to stop just went off my acc this morning. Std has "service" but you can't use it. Like me who has been trying to stop this debit order online for over a week now, but the service is temporarily unavailable. Contacted std via email. Hellopeter complaint and twitter and nobody give a .... so I will move to FNB and I advise everyone thinking of going to std bank to reconsider.
