Awesome work from Pulane & Emma

This is an update to a previous complaint that I had posted for Standard Bank. I was contacted by the bank and they immediately fixed all the problems. While I am still very disappointed with Standard Bank itself, there were 2 employees that I want to mention here. Pulane Marema and Emma Matthews who went above and beyond to help me out of this situation. If only the rest of Standard Bank were like them....it would be the best bank in the world. Thank you to the both of you and lets hope that the rest of Standard Bank can find ways to be more like you. So....the 5 stars I am giving here is NOT for Standard Bank...but rather for Pulane and Emma
