Awesome to experience someone helpful!

Please could you pass along my immense gratitude to Mulalo who was extremely helpful and efficient this morning. I normally deal with Desiree at the branch in Westville however she is less than motivated to say the least. It takes ages to get answers out of her and even if you do they aren't the truth. I contacted Desiree a while ago as we wanted to change our small business form a Sole Prop to a Pty. Desiree informed me I would need to change the account number to do this -I explained that my customers already know my account number and this is really inconvenient. She offered no further help or solutions. I contacted the BizDirect call centre this morning and spoke to Mulalo who informed me that that information was untrue and all I needed to do was complete a Name Change form at the branch. Wow Refreshing!
