Awesome service from Basetsana at Standard Bank Clearwater Mall

YesterdayI made a deposit at the atm at the Standard Bank branch in Clearwater and my receipt did not print. I then went into the branch to find out what can be done because I needed proof of the deposit, I was told to come back today. I went there and I was assisted by a friendly lady named Basetsana. She went the extra mile by coming to my work place to give me the proof of payment , as i was on duty and i could not wait too long in the branch. I was not expecting such great service and I really felt valued as a customer. Thank you Basetsana for going beyond your call of duty to assist me. I really appreciate your efforts.
