Awesome customer service - Mamohau Makamedi

<p>I take this opportunity to commend Mamohau Makamedi working at Standard Bank Woodmead Branch for her incredible customer service. I was at the branch in the beginning of June to enquire about the process to transfer money overseas while I am away for work. She explained the whole process very diligently and wrote down the key things I need to remember.</p> <p>At the end of June, before I was about to fly overseas, I went to the branch again to do the actual transfer of the forex. To my astonishment, after first couple of chats, she recognized me as the customer who came in the beginning of June. I was truly delighted and felt appreciated as a customer, knowing that as part of her work responsibility, she may be seeing hundreds of people at the branch everyday.</p> <p>Thank you Mamohau, I really appreciate your help and guidance. It was very helpful and wonderful to experience "perfect" service delivery. And most importantly keep it up!</p>
