Awaiting Rezone Consent

The town Planner submitted a request to have our property rezoned from Business 1 to 3 on the 07 September 2015. We are on a deadline with City of JHB. By the time he had to hand it in there was NO response from Standard bank. I took it upon myself as the owner/trustee of the property to investigate the hold up on 23 September 2015. My query was \escalated and I was asked to phone the next day. I left it and phoned the 25 Sept 2015. Needless to say no feedback yet. Phoned again on the 28
