Awaiting for card delivery - Courier company not fulfilling
Good day,
Your courier company is letting you down. I was last week about 45min on various calls, for my PPS credit card - Powered by Standard Bank to be delivered. On Friday, your very helpful, Standard Bank call agent indicated I would receive a call from Rams to organise delivery, I'm still waiting, why? Need to re-address you SLA's with you courier company, its costing you reputation damage.
