Awaiting bond figues for over a month

The attorneys that I am dealing with on my new property are awaiting the seller's bond settlement figures for over a month. Apparently they have a few properties that are in limbo due to Standard Banks inneficient bond department. This is now costing me thousands in occupational rent. We are now going into week 5. Surely it can't take that long to look up a bond balance on the computer and send it on.
