Avoid Standard Bank's OST for those who wish to remain sane!
I am really fed up with poor service and the inability to discuss issues with a representative of these companies. Standard Bank is a prime culprit. As a technical trader, throughout today I have been unable to login to my trading portfolio and charting software platform. In my attempt to resolve this issue using an 0860 number provided by the bank, I have been kept on hold for over an hour, although 'apparently' I was next in line to speak to a consultant. To top it all.....I am charged a monthly admin fee based on the value of my investment. A disgraceful performance!
