Avoid home loans with standard bank

<p>I have never experiance such a no-care attitude from any service provider in my life</p> <p> </p> <p>I bank with FNB, I have a Credit card and Home loan with STD bank. I WILL be cancelling this bond and move it to FNB as they really do put their CLIENTS first.</p> <p> </p> <p>STD bank will only help you further into you financial difficulties rather than helping you out of it.</p> <p>Zola / Zona could not assist me at all and said her team leader will contact me, Im not holding my breath.</p> <p>Dont bother sending an automated reply on my review saying some sort of "specialist" will contact me beacuse we all know that never happens anyway.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am shocked at how STD bank does business and I am amazed that they have any clients left if this is the level of service they provide.</p>
