Avoid business with Standard Bank

Standard Bank Home Loans department and Insurance is the worst business you can get yourself involved with. The Insurance department have been owing me almost R30 000 for 5 years now and as soon as I submit my proof, no one knows who to talk to and they just dissapear. I am currently moving my banking and insurance and every other possible connection I have with Standard Bank else where. I have been a client for 40 years and this is how a client is treated.
