avoid applying for HOME-LOAN

I have app**** for a Home-Loan from Standard Bank, filled in all the million forms etc and sent it of them. Some sort of \Senior Verification\" person contacted me. first being extremely rude and asking for documentation. I forwarded some of my previous mails with the documentation attached to him AGAIN.<br> It has now been more than 2 weeks and still they don't have an answer for me. I have to mail Mpho every morning for feedback and the last week he either asks for documentation(which they have) or tells me it's with their credit-committee or a manager!!!<br> <br> I app**** the same day at another institution and received an approved in principal within 2 days and the assessor went out to the property within a week's time.<br> <br> This is BAD service, it's as if Standard Bank doesn't want our business !!"
