Available Vs Latest Balance
When I transact my account is debited and I see the balance and what was deducted, 3/4 days later the same amount is deducted and it seems as if it is impacting my account balance. This available and latest balance is not working for me. I've been monitoring my account and it just doesnt make sense and doesnt work for me. I want transact amd see my balance and that's it. Very frustrating....

28 Oct 2020, 09:07It happened again amd I dont see how I have been assisted. There are 2 shopritetransctions of R200 each which I did not do on 28/10/20. I do recall one R200 on 24/10/20....this is not working for me as indicated it impacts my availae balance....transaction is do e today and shows deducted but then 2/3/4/5 days later reflects as deducted and impacts the balance on that day....Pls address urgently.
