ATTORNEYS NOT HELPING AT ALL
We have been in an armed ******* 2 years ago. The case was handed to Preshnee Govender Attorneys more than a year ago. After all evidence handed to them, they failed to really investigate and act on facts. After more than a year they simply advised that we should take ABSA's offer. They simply act on instruction but does no investigating or advised me on anything. Hope Standard Bank haven't paid them for they are definitely not doing what they are paid for.

He confirmed that I had a very good and solid case against ABSA, but due to the negligence from Preshnee Govender Attorneys, the period has expired in which they had the time to take this matter to court. Thanx to them I've been ****** for a second time ALL OVER AGAIN. And best off all they got paid buy you guys to do so!!! This is very disappointing I would like to know if you or Preshnee Govender Attorneys are going to take some responsibility for what has happened.
