Attention: CEO of Standard Bank - Your bank is really the worst bank ever

I have a property which I have subdivided years ago. I have sold 3 of the empty stands. One a few years ago - with NO problem. Then I sold one in 2018 and it got rejected at the Deeds office - stating that there is a bond on it. After various of getting it sorted Std Bank sent out some lady in the beginning of 2019 to come and evaluate. It was then established that the security vests in the Remainder of stand - thus the Proper. I was told that all is sorted. Then, I sold the other empty stand last year - and ONCE again it got rejected by the Deeds office - they say that there is a bond on the stand. MY QUESTION TO STD BANK IS - Does your staff know what they are doing. I have now spent hours and hours on the line to your people. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I'm so embarrassed!! WHY CAN STD NOT DO THEIR JOB. If you want a home loan - go to another bank as Std does not know what they are doing. I had a guy phoning me yesterday asking me what letter do I want? REALLY?????? Pathetic!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps the CEO of Std Bank can give me a ring so that I can personally tell him my thoughts on his bank and his staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
