ATTENTION: CEO MR SIM TSHABALALA OF STD BANK - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I really just give up with this pathetic bank called STANDARD BANK. Your home-loan division is beyond terrible. I have now been battling more then a year for your home-loan department to allocated my bond just on the original property. Your estimators came out did their job - and said it will be done. I'M STILL BATTLING!!!! Win a toffee if you can get Standard Bank to actually do their job!!!!!!! CEO - Mr Sim Tshabalala - I think your BANK is the worst, you employ people that just CANNOT do their job. Can you perhaps assist me in solving my problem???????????? As I do not now what to do anymore, or should I come and visit you at your office?????????
