Atrocious service delivery from standard bank deceased estate division

Standard bank the estate department in hatfeild is beyond ***********, two years later they have not finalised the estate and I have to call them and ask them to do follow ups all the time, its like they forgot they are busy with the estate and yet they get paid to deal with the estate. Management of that department is just as indifferent as the staff cause you will wait till jesus comes back before he responds.... Atrocious service delivery especially from the estate division... never do ur last will and testament with standard bank
