Atrocious service !!!

Standard Bank offers the worst service ever. I wrote two complaints and sent them through their 'Contact us' link complaining about the atrocious service I received at their Guguletu branch and on both occasions I didn't receive a response. What's the point of going into a branch if the consultants at the branch either 1.Disappear for long periods of time 2.When the bank is closed they would rather help friends standing outside through the window instead of the people that are inside the bank 3. Tell you to your face that because I asked the call centre to help me instead of asking them now they doubt very much if they can help me. Bear in mind this is after I asked this Nomzamo women to look into why overdraft limit was decreased and she told me that she didn't know. I insisted that someone looks into it and now when I speak to someone over the phone, they can't help.When I lost my card I asked for a new one to be sent to the Thibault Square branch because I didn't want to deal with the Gugulethu branch when I get there they tell me my card is in Long street. Pathetic Standard bank I can't believe I've tolerated this service for 8 years !
