ATMS AT STANDARD BANK VERY SELDOM ACCEPT CASH.

I dont understand that during this COVID times the ATM's of Standard Bank anywhere do not accept cash. The ques at Standard Bank are 2 km long and we cannot wait that long to deposit cash. This is unacceptable. i do understand that there is less staff due to social distancing but really their ATM's should be working perfectly to assist clients. I have a business that i must deposit cash, otherwise my debit orders will not go through. I need to pay my credit card as i get charged interest on this if i dont pay and the stupid ATM's do not accept cash. This has been an ongoing fault for many months now, even before COVID. As a business person i can only deposit at ATM after hours and they do not accept cash. I am tired of going to the bank and experiencing this. This is for branches in Bedford Centre and K90 Boksburg. When you phone to complain, we get a sorry about that. Really. This is totally unacceptable for the private individual and business company that banks with Standard Bank. Plus they have closed many branches that could have alleviated this problem. It really is a Huge Problem for me. Maybe i should change banks.
