ATMs

I found it very disappointing to be standing on a queue for over 30minutes to withdraw money. With all the other banks people never stood for as long as we did for the standard bank ATM, this is not because standard bank has more clients than its competitors but due to the fact that only one atm was functioning out of 6 in the entire mall. I don't think this is fair at all us...there's no one who was there today who didn't complain. such is unacceptable, one can't spend hours on a single queue, even when its month end. By the time I had money all the shops were closed. For such a big bank your systems and maintenance should be better managed to move our banking forward like you say you do.
