Atm withdrawal no money out

I used a standard bank ATM in ridgeway jhb on the 20th November 2015 to withdraw R1600, as a Capitec banker, ATM did not give me the money. I waited few minutes to see if money will come out,it didn't. While standing there, I received an sms notification that R1600 was withdrawn I called for help and the engen garage manager whose garage is next to the ATM called me into the garage to play the video to see if any person used it after me, the engen video showed not ******** activity took place. He also explained that the ATM is faulty, people complain alot about it, he gave me the ATM Number and adviced me to go to The bank, standard bank referred me to capitec and I lodged complain and they said I must wait 30 days, today is the 30th day( 22 December 2015), capitec state that standard bank send reports that I withdraw the money, there was no one who withdraw the money. Am writing this complain wanting standard bank to refund me my hard earned salary,
