ATM withdrawal error

Hi, I sent cash via instant money. When trying to withdraw I get an error message. Called the call centre they say cash has been withdrawn and will take 2-3 working days to investigate. I have not withdrawn this money and need the money today. Please can you assist in getting this resolved today Ref for call ***
