ATM took money- where is my money?!

I went to deposit money at the ATM on 01 April 2015. A cash jam occurred and took R2700. I went inside the bank-and I had a flight to catch so time was limited. A lady helped me and logged a request. I got an sms to say that the money will be paid in the beneficiary's account on 10th April 2015.<br> i got back and still the money was not paid. I called the service centre where they told me he money will be paid.<br> Still the money was not paid.<br> I called the service centre again where a lady helped me and logged another request as the previous people helping me did not take all the details.<br> I called again today(03.05.2015, because the the beneficiary said he has not received the money.<br> They told me the money has been paid to another person with the same account number.<br> <br> i have nothing to work with! no paperwork nothing! as they could not issue me with anything.<br> <br> This is such poor service.<br> How can one struggle to get your own money!<br> I am so disappointed in Standard Bank and their level of service
