Atm stole my money

On monday the 1st of june i was depositing money at the atm machine by standard bank wonderpark. The 1st and 2nd deposits were successful. The 3rd the machine jammed and said the notes were folded and restarted itself. I had put in 4100 but the machine only threw out 2600 ao i was short of 1500. I called the lady inaide the bank. And she logged a service request for me. The incident happened at about 16 : 50. The whole week I've been trying to get feedback, calling standard bank and wasting my airtime to find out whats happeneing and noone can give me an answer. This is unacceptable because I need the money for something of high importance but clearly standard bank just don't care. When i was with absa and i had the same issue, they solved it the next day but with standard bank, they just don't care about their customers. I can't wait a week for u to sort out the problem, i have bills to pay and a child to feed. U can't just expect people to wait around. I need my issue solved ASAP. <br> My service request no. Is ***
