ATM's

I tried again to deposit cash on the way to work this morning. I stopped at Standard Bank Rink Street where I know they have two deposit ATM's. One wasnt taking cash and the other had no envelopes!! I cannot recall the number of times I've gone out of my way to depost cash only to find that there are no envelopes or that these stupid new direct cash deposit machines reject more notes than they accept. Is this effeciency and service??
