Atm retracted my bank deposit notes

I was depositing money at an atm money which I needed to use immediately and the notes were retracted by your atm I logged a service request with reference number *** I was supposed to make payment to a service provider on the due date so I could avoid interest but unfortunately due to your equipment I couldn't make the total payment and I've incurred interests charged, I still haven't received the money the bank owes me because of its technical difficulty... I tried to call your contact center but no body answers your phones which is an extra cost due to my phone bill which u won't help me pay, u are closing branches but your technology isn't efficient enough for you to take such actions... Can u please jus give me back my money
