ATM R400 ****

I am very frustrated by your service as a bank. I went to withdraw R400 at a Standard Bank ATM on Lilian Ngoyi Street reference Tshwane MID C1 PR that I did not get. The reference on my bank is a purchase and not a withdrawal? How? I immediately told the security guard that I need to get into the bank as the ATM had not given me my money and he said what happened and I told him I did not get my money. He then tells me how the money will be reversed. It has not. How when the amount shows as having been deducted on my end? There is R34, 43 in my account. I have called the number on the ATM error to no avail. It's a call center that is just eating away at my airtime. Who can I talk to to give me my R400 back?
