ATM pin changed without my knowledge
My ATM pin changed without my knowledge. I filled petrol and when I have to pay the card declined and got a message that I reached my daily pin attempt. I have never changed my pin but the pin I see on the money App is not mine. I had to leave my belongings at the garage and go ask money from my family members because my card was not working. I was told to go to the branch to fix it but didn't have it as I left it at the garage as security
I was so disappointed with what happened but the guy name Mogomotsi at Standard bank Dragon city branch really did his best to assist me. I did instant cash send and it was also declining because I must wait for 2 hours if it is the first time doing it to get the voucher number. He called everyone within the organisation in order to assist me. I am not happy with the card or ATM pin changing without my knowledge but I am happy of the assistance I got from one of your employees. He understands the meaning of customer service and he was super friendly in that regard
