ATM pin change without my approval or knowledge

<p>I am very unhappy with Standard Bank right now and need to be advised on the way forward. I have a savings account with Standard bank. Last Friday my ATM card was accidentally swapped with my friend's card. On saturday she went to the atm to withdraw and obviously put in her pin which didnt work. She then went into the branch where she requested to change the pin, she gave them her drivers licence and the pin was changed and she managed to use the card to purchase a few things. This morning I call Standard bank help line as I couldnt access my cellphone banking and internet banking profile. Also wanting to find out how can my ATM pin be changed without my authorization and the lady tells me the savings account card doesnt have initials. I ask her then if that means a stranger can pick up my card and go o the bank change the pin and have access to my account she doesnt know. I really need someone to help me with this as I really feel I was failed by the bank and I do not know how to or who to take it up with since their helpline cannot help me before I take this up the banking Ombudsman.</p>
