ATM out of Order

Since Standard Bank closed our little satellite branch in Sedgefield ( South Cape ) we only have one ATM to do our banking !! I have in 5 month reported the broken machine at least 10 times !! ( that is not exaggerated ) The real problem is trying to report the faulty machine !! You get transferred from one dep. to another and at the near end they even cut you off after you have been on the line for at least 30 minutes !! All i want is a number one can contact in such case , which they don't give you . Last time i was told to go to the Knysna or George branch , to which i replayed \ Hallo
