ATM NEVER DISPENSED CASH BUT SAID VOUCHER REDEMMED
Good day
I went to standard bank ATM in sophiatown, Johannesburg on the 29/08/2025 to redeem my instant money voucher
I key in the voucher and pin and after sometime it said error
when i did tried it again it said voucher redeemed.
I NEVER GOT THE MONEY
please i want my money back
VOUCHER NUMBER: *** CELL NUMBER: ***
AMOUNT: R350
This happened at sophiatown shopping Centre.. standard bank atm.

I kindly ask that your management look into the new ATMS been installed as they are malfunctioning and taking peoples money

04 Sept 2025, 09:58I recieved a call this morning from one of your support staff by the name Golden .. Telling me to check my phone for SMS with my pin to go redeem my money and when i check there was no SMS with pin sent to me.
Can i can please get the SMS to go get my money
Your urgent attention to this matter would be appreciate as i am starting to feel drained with the back and forth
