ATM money withdrawal at La Montagne, STD Bank ATM

On the 14th September 2015 at 07:39am, I attempted to withdraw money from a Standard bank ATM on Albertus str, La Montagne Spar using a non standard bank card. But the atm was maybe faulty at the time, of which I did not get the money I requested but the money I requested went off my account. On the screen it wrote \Do not remove your card
