ATM Money deposit is malfunctional and customer service is not up to par

<p>I was trying to deposit R600 at the ATM machine at Kwagga plazza at mpumalanga on the 2nd of April and R580 of the amount got swallowed by the machine, I didnt get a reciept and the beneficiary also didnt get any notification. I went to Crest mall branch on the 3rd of April I layed a complaint and they raised a issue and they promised the money will be refunded to my account once the issue has been resolved. I recieved an sms on the 7th of April citing that the issue has been resolved and I will be contacted. today the 13th I havent been contacted and when I called I am told that yes I the issue has been closed and they cant confirm where the money has been sent to.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What is this????</p>
