ATM Lost Deposit

On the 3/2/21 I made a cardless Cash deposit of R5100 from ATM Barberton mpumalanga. I chose business directory account since it was an option of standerbank acc or business. It asked which bank, I chose Investic, reference: I typed my child's name for ref. I inserted the money and waited to type in the dr's account number. But the transaction was done. No account number was entered into the ATM. As soon as the bank opened I asked for assistance. The manager said he can do nothing about it until Investic bank phones them. And it was supposed to be done at ABSA(dont know why) I went back several times and even today. With no answers. Just that he will scan my slip and send it to "mymatters" or something like that to look for the money. Investic bank also said the money wasnt deposited into their account. And that ATM Would have been over with that amount? or am i wrong.

Is there anyone who can help me on this matter, My *** Please this is urgent Deposit slip was mailed to several people already.
