atm issues

Hi my name is K****tso Mokgehle.<br> I went to standard bank atm in Sesheho circle mall to withdraw cash, upon finilising the transaction my money did not come out and i called standard bank and they gave me a reference number and they told me that i must wait until 2nd of July. Now i am unable to pay my debt due to the reason of an atm which is faulty. I even went to standard bank branch Mall of the North and they can't assist me. Last night a lady i spoke to by the name Asi adviced me that the money will be back into my account around 7PM but that didnt happen. It is totally fustrating because now i have to wait whereas the money should be in use now. I spent lot of money calling them as i was taken from pillar to post and they wont even reimburse me because they don't care. I regret moving from my previous bank because i never got such kind of treatment. If standard bank really cared about their customers they should have today went to the atm to investigate what was wrong with it, not to advice a customer to wait for 7 days. I am unhappy and angry with their service. No more Standard bank for me. There are better banks that put their clients first.
