ATM *****

So I shared my review of the extremely bad service I receive from standard bank regarding the money that I lost, after being distracted at the ATM by *******. So standard bank came and rep**** with a copy and paste message, saying they’ll review the matter and call me as soon as possible. But I’d like to let everyone know that, they just copy and paste that response message to everyone and they never call you back. It’s basically a public relations stunt, they are rude insufficient.
