ATM Faulty no cash received but funds were taken

On the 26 August I was withdrawing (R5000.00) at a Standard bank ATM in South-downs Shopping center in Centurion/Pretoria, the ATM returned my card instead of taking out my cash it kept on saying pending i waited for 15min no funds came out but a notification text said there's funds which were taken out of my account. I contact the number on the ATM they advised me to provide them with an ATM number which should be on the slip but then i didn't even the withdrawal slip i search in the bin next to the ATM i found & provided them with, they said I should wait until the machine reboots then i should go to the nearest branch I waited again for 30min the machine rebooted & still no funds available, there were 5 people behind me on the cue as witnesses. I then went to the branch to report the matter & i was given ref & I was told the funds will be reversed within 5 working days it's been 9days still nothing. i contact the *** to find out what's happening then told me my query was logged to in a wrong department I after i have been contacting them everyday since the day of the incident till now i haven't got my funds & no1 has helped me.
