ATM failure

<p> </p> <p>i would like to express so much disappointment and lack of trust in Standard bank ATMs.l no longer feel my money is safe with standard bank after my experience yesterday.I went to the atm to withdraw some money and unfortunately some of the money remained stuck in the machine.i even tried to pull the money to no avail as the money remained stuck inside.I called the bank immedistely but those consultants told me that there is no guarantee i will get my money.How does one just lose money like that ,why doesnt standard bank service their machines to be efficient .Really this is unacceptable when a bank is a custodian of public funds.Even when depositing money at standard money gets stuck.if there is management at Standard bank really something must be done.Had faith in the bank and cant just wake up and my money is gone juss like that.</p>
